Setup

Create a closed trading event for a private group. No public pages or leaderboards.

Fields

• Name (optional) — label in the list.
• Exchange — e.g., Binance, Bybit, Gate.io.
• Token pair — e.g., BTC/USDT.
• Prize pool — amount & currency (e.g., USDT 5,000).
• Start / End / Duration — event must be ≥ 7 days.

Review

Check the summary and confirm:

• Exchange, Token pair, Prize pool
• Start date, End date, Duration

Then click Add event.

Funding (when balance is low)

If your balance is insufficient, you’ll see Insufficient Balance with:

• Required / Available / You need
• Network selector
• QR + Deposit address and a warning to send the correct asset on the selected network

You can top up now or later. Until funded, the event shows Awaiting payment in the list and the Pay now action.

After creation

Events go through: Created → Paid → Ongoing → Finished Open event to monitor status and actions across all events.

Troubleshooting

• Awaiting payment won’t progress → top up from the prompt or Billing → Top-up.
• Wrong pair/exchange → delete the test event (if allowed) and create a new one.
• Deposit not visible → wait for confirmations; keep the tx hash and contact Support if it doesn’t appear.
