## Quick fixes

* **Connected but no messages** — the agent isn’t in the chat or lacks post permission. Add the agent, grant permission, then run **Send test**.
* **Too many pings** — increase thresholds (Token / USD / ×multiplier) or disable noisy types in **Manage alerts**.
* **Wrong destination** — reopen the Telegram integration and choose the correct chat; you can change it anytime.
* **Switched phones or** agent **looks “stuck”** — disconnect and reconnect Telegram from **Account → Notification channels**, then run **Send test**.

## Security & privacy

* Read-only by design — we **never** request seed phrases or spend permissions.
* The Telegram agent only needs permission to **post** in the destination chat/channel.
* Alerts remain visible **in-app** even if Telegram is disconnected.
